What payment methods can I use?

You can use all the major credit cards or your paypal account.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. 
 

How can I change delivery address?
If you have entered the wrong delivery address upon checking out, and wish to change it, email us at winkwithmink@hotmail.com. In the email, state your order number along with the new delivery address and eircode. You must email us before your order has been shipped!

Is it possible to return items?

Items can only be returned if they are unopened. If the product has been used, bottle/lashes opened, you cannot return the items. You can email us at winkwithmink@hotmail.com if you wish to do so.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We aim to dispatch all order within one working day. Once the order has been dispatched, it can take two working days to arrive to you.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

Are there different options for delivery?

Yes! If you are living in Dublin, you have the option of same day delivery if you order before 12pm. If you are not in a rush, the other option is to choose the standard 3-4 working day delivery option.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes 3-4 working days.
